Water and its importance to agriculture, municipalities, industry, the environment, and recreation will be the focus of the second Water in the West Symposium near Denver this fall.

The event, organized by the Colorado State University System, will be Nov. 6-7 at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, with multiple invited speakers and panels focusing on the availability, use, and management of one of the region’s most precious resources. The event is open to interested stakeholders.

The Water in the West Symposium reflects the collaborative teaching, research, public outreach, and problem-solving led by the CSU Campus at the forthcoming National Western Center.
